First off the your company advertised next day shipping which was a lie. I had a photoshoot to do I ordered these 9days in advance and still didn't receive them. Before they were shipped I inquired about them ...the rep stated they weren't in stock and they were waiting for them I said fine just cancel my order I had to do something different she stopped correspondence at that moment and I still haven't received my items. I was a customer I ordered several times. You have lost a customer that was disrespectful to overlook a refund for items that weren't shipped at the time and now I don't have my product
