I’ve ordered the Nori Lashes many times before but during my recent purchase the lash style appeared to be different than the “Nori” lashes I typically order. I reached out to customer service and they refused to provide an explanation or establish an effort to correct the issue instead of simply stating their manufacturer is not different. Customer service is horrible and they have yet to respond again and it’s been a week.
